Hey Kids! It’s Sunday Funday!! As you guessed it that means Sunday Blog day. It’s also a day to reflect on the past weeks events. Usually that would mean Saturday’s markets. If you follow me you will know that I’m not doing markets this year due to my Osteoarthritis. That being said, I’m looking into alternatives.

The Demo
So recapping yesterday, I did a demo at Hannah Grimes Marketplace. It was my first demo and I had some interesting questions from little boys who looked like Harry Potter, (it was Wizarding Week in Keene, NH) all good questions! Why do you use rusty nails, what are the arms, can I make one? And then I had an interesting parent chime in… Do you sell kits? And my wheels started turning… Kits!!
I don’t know why I never thought of that before!
I don’t sell kits, currently, but kits may be the next thing to add to my sales. These are the things I miss about not being out in the public, aka markets. The feedback is an important part at bettering your sales.
Give the people what they want to buy, and they will buy it!
And kits sell! I know that for a fact as I sold 6 of another artists kits the last time I worked the gallery. Kits are an awesome thing to pick up to keep your children entertained or for those random friend birthday parties that just keep popping up! Pick up one or two to store in your closet until you suddenly need a present!

That’s it for Sunday Funday!
What do you think? Would you buy a kit? Let me know!
Until next Sunday, be kind and stay creative!
