Boy this week has been a whirl-win! I have been super busy in my workshop building. Trying to get some new goodies done for a drop off to a new location in VT. That’s right kids new location coming soon mid-week… stay tuned for that announcement!

I have been obsessed with paint can covers for heads all week long!!! They make the best heads ever!! They are pretty sturdy to drill into as well. I tried to use laundry detergent covers (which were given to me, as I only use powder and make my own) they were super thin and couldn’t hold up to the task.

I also managed to fabricate this little piece which makes the best hips! I feel it will have some tweaking in the future but I was pretty happy with the turn out of this piece.

I have to say that I’ve been super happy with the robots leaving my workbench lately. The combination of wood, plastic and metal has always made me happy but these guys.. I just love them!!

I have also had some great new spins onto some older designs that I’ve made in the past. I love the painted metal pop tops and the real silver, Silverware handles as eyes. You may have noticed that I’ve been adding springs to a lot of my builds lately too. I love the colored springs so I have been painting my own.

A new price point is marching in with these Littles at only $35. They are a little larger than the minis!

I am still working on the build for the Auction at MC2 school in Keene, NH along with a box of new robots for Hannah Grimes drop on Wednesday this week.

Just wanted to say Thank you to everyone who came to Sawmill River Arts yesterday and made our Open House a success! We all had a great time. It was nice to see some regulars and meet new collectors!
