Packing up!

So this week is a busy one as I pack up my studio for the move to Western Avenue Studios! I may not have much time to post to Instagram and Facebook… but bare with me as exciting changes are happening!

My current state is a little lost, I feel like a bumble bee flying around in circles not knowing which flower to land on first… do I pack this? Do I pack that? I’m lucky to have my husband’s tools here so that if my tools are at the new studio and I feel the need to build I still am able.

Please bare with me if you are planning on attending open studios at Western Avenue on Saturday July 5th. I am going to concentrate on getting items in for purchase first and then my workables second as I know it will take me the month to get situated.

As for the home studio this week I have a couple of commission pieces to finish up and get shipped off to their new homes. I would love to build some new pieces but time is of the essence…that’s what people say, right.. lol!

Coming July 2, 2025!!!

Studio 447 Western Avenue Studios- Lowell, MA

So believe it or not the new studio is just under this guys left leg… How perfectly perfect is that!? The black door is soon to be Nikki’s Rabbit Hole!

New to the world this past week are this group of misfit Robots. One nice thing about moving is exploring boxes that you forgot you had!

My husband gave me a lot of sparkplugs a few years back…totally forgot about that drawer!!! Some dead, used, that just needed a clean up, some brand new still in boxes, look I don’t ask I just accept and some days he rummages threw those boxes and says good thing I didn’t order that part, you had a brand new one in the box! Like I said, I don’t ask I just welcome miscellaneous parts.

The other box I rummaged threw was my friend Gillis’s tackle box. Gillis left us a few Septembers ago and his sister was kind enough to will us his fishing tackle. We took out tackle that we would use and the rest was dismantled, unhooked and lives in a box. The two florescent lures, I could not resist making silly little heads out of… so darn cute!

I hope you will continue to read these little post!

Until the next....
Stay Crafty my friends!
